Vrak and I headed back to the dungeon to try to get the diamond in the burial alcove. If we can evade the grey ooze. Maybe it wandered off. Nope. Bastard was hiding on the ceiling and started moving towards us. We ran down a hallway, shutting the door behind us. I had to pull Vrak back as he almost stepped on a pit trap. Then I heard voices. In the pit trap. Multiple voices. Sighing at feeling a need to be virtuous, we helped the 4 mongrelmen out. I locked the trap so it stayed closed and we could walk across it.

The door past the trap had whistling wind behind it. That blew out the torch, then vanished. There were gems in the ceiling. I searched, but couldn't figure out what caused the wind. A smashed open room to the south had a statue, shriveled corpses and looted coffins. I hung onto a wall and picked gems out of the ceiling, telling Vrak not to touch shit until I was read to run. I got a handful of small semiprecious gems worth about 15 gp. Statue of white marble was of a calm woman. I stayed out of the room while Vrak looked at the corpses. Aside from being shriveled, the corpses were twisted, looked to have died in excruciating ways. They were stripped, but Vrak found a backpack with a rope and a map that he snagged.

I was going to search the room for secret doors, but then I saw the statue looking at me. She was looking down before. I left the room immediately. I was going to unlock the actual door, but a gem skeleton walked in. We dodged and ran. Back at town and sold the gems. After a good night's sleep at the inn, we headed back out to go back so I could unlock that door. We got to the stinky room, and Vrak puked all over. We went in the empty room to the north to wait out him emptying his stomach. At the intersection, Vrak remained stubbornly insistent on trying to bait the ooze out. As we were checking the ceiling and everywhere else for it, I had just spotted the ooze on the ceiling moving towards Vrak again, when a zombie came up behind us. I yelled to Vrak about the ooze, and turned to whack the zombie. The ooze got Vrak anyway and the light went out. In the dark, I felt claws tear into me ...
